COVID-19 has caused a lot of uncertainty and disruption. I am writing to say that I remain committed to supporting you during this time and as of right now my office hours have not changed. Fortunately, I am in a very low foot-traffic space, and please know that I am cleaning and disinfecting continually throughout the day. I do ask that anyone who is sick, or who has recently been in contact with someone sick, not come to the office and I am currently waiving any late cancellation fees. I am available to do sessions either by phone or video in the event that you either are sick or simply feel more comfortable moving to this modality. In addition, if childcare is an issue please know that children can sit in the waiting room as long as they are old enough to not require supervision during your session. Thank you and please continue to let me know how I can help you.
The kids are headed back to school and unfortunately that comes with increased stress for everyone. In order to better accommodate my teenage clients and their families, I’ve added some additional after-school hours to my schedule for the Fall. Please email or call to schedule an appointment.

Raising emotionally healthy teens is crucial in a world where there is no lack of things to create stress. Rates of anxiety and depression are skyrocketing, which presents a unique challenge for today’s parents. On Wednesday, September 26th from 11:30 – 12:30 I’ll be at Johns Creek High School to talk about the number one thing that can contribute to your child’s inner and outer success.
